Inter have a reasonable gap at the top of the table it wouldn’t be disastrous if they dropped points here .
Sampdoria will be without one of their top players, forwad Antonio Cassano, who is out due to injury. The visitors will not be favored in the match and would be realistic to aim for a draw.

Barcelona suffered their first defeat of the season when they were beaten by Atletico Madrid 2-1 in their last match. However, they still have one of the best home records in the league with 9 wins and just a draw and yet to suffer a defeat at home.Back in 31st Oct when they drew away with Osasuna they came back strongly and beat Mallorca 4-2 at home.
Barcelona 2:1 Racing Santander
Portsmouth will hope that last weekend’s win signals an upturn in their fortunes and they will relish the prospect of taking on notoriously poor travellers Stoke.
City were in action in midweek, and with a Cup replay on their minds, may have to settle for a point against a fresh and firing Pompey.
Portsmouth 1:1Stoke City
Chelsea have lost four times away from home this season and have ridden their luck against teams scrapping at the bottom of the table .Wolves need points, but so do Chelsea to keep up with Manchester United. Ancelotti's team is stripped of many of its stars, but the strength in depth should see them through this tough fixture.
Sunderland's fine start to Steve Bruce's first season in charge seems a long time ago, although the manager believes his team can beat Arsenal this weekend and turn their campaign around. They are long overdue an upturn in performance and results - but it would be surprising if the improvement began at the Emirates. Arsenal 2-2 Sunderland
Villa are likely to remain unchanged with no fresh injury concerns and a run of exceptional form. Villa will be desperate to pick up another three points and carry their momentum over the Christmas period as they face Arsenal and Liverpool next, and could edge past a Stoke side that will make it uncomfortable for the hosts.
I think Aston Villa will won.
With Chelsea once again playing a day after United, the Red Devils have another chance to move level on points with the Blues, if only temporarily. Sir Alex Ferguson’s charges dispatched of a much maligned Wolverhampton Wanderers side on Tuesday but will certainly face a far more challenging test at Craven Cottage against an in-form Fulham.
It was always going to be a tricky trip to west London for United but given their mounting injury problems in defense, I think Sir Alex Ferguson will be pretty satisfied if his team manage to come away with a three points.
Manchester City are under pressure to produce a good result and performance here, with a run of one win from ten league matches meaning they are starting to slide down the table.
Sunderland are also on the way down and are struggling at present. All season they have struggled to get anything going away from home.
This should be a home win, and hopefully there will be some good goals and entertainment on show.
Liverpool are still a long way from where they had hoped to be by this point of the season. The fact that they are level on points with Birmingham City sums up the situation in the Kopites' eyes, although that rather exaggerates their sixth-place standing.
Still, Champions League qualification is a must for the 18-time English champions, and picking up a result against the cellar dwellers is essential if they are to achieve that goal.
