About the Competition:

Running for the seventh year our Tipster Competitions will be much improved and we expect thousands of tipsters to participate again. Our competitions, as you will notice from our scoring section below, is based on reality. Thus, we believe that it is fair, exciting and rewarding for all tipsters.

Who can Participate:

Our World Tipster Competitions are open to all persons from around the World, although we reserve the right to refuse acceptance to the competition at our sole discretion.

Rules:

Duration: The Competition will last 1 full season (from 1 of August to 31st of July).

Registration: To be eligible for a prize every tipster's name,country,date of birth and e-mail in his account at Come2Bet have to be the same at Moneybookers.com
If one of these requirements is not met the tipster is NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A PRIZE

Prizes: The best tipster in ANALYSIS Competition will win $1000 at the end of the season! Thousands of cash will be given out in total throughout the season. Read more about prizes here.
Prizes unclaimed 30 days after their winning will not be paid after that.

The Winners: The best tipster will be derived from a variety of factors, which will be, for the most part, correctness of picks and "points" earned from these picks. However, there will be more weights on the final outcome, like number of picks submitted. For example, if 2 tipsters tie in points, the one who submitted the most picks wins.

Points & Scoring: Each Tipster will begin the competition with 0 points. The maximum stake per pick is 10 points. Tipsters can choose to wager between 5 or 10 points per pick.
If sometime it happen a game not to be closed after its start,all the picks posted after the start will be removed.
To prevent that we will close the games one hour before their official start.
Disqualification: If a tipster's points reach -200, then that tipster is OUT of the competition.We know that betting on soccer games is hard so we will give another chance to those tipsters.They just have to write us an e-mail and after reviewing their accounts we will active them again as a new user.But bet wisely,we will do that favour for you just once a month.

Each Tipster can choose one of the following bet options per match: 1 (Home Win), X (Draw), 2 (Away Win), Over (over 2.5 goals), and Under (under 2.5 goals)

Though our interface each tipster will have the latest odds available for each betting option mentioned above. Once a pick is submitted, tipsters will not be able to modify it.

Through our interface tipsters will be able to choose "Sport" then "League" and then the "Match" they would like to "bet" on. Through our competition you will be able to bet on all games/matches for real betting as well by clicking the button "Bet On This Game".

Number of picks:
END-OF-YEAR prizes:To be eligible for the END-OF-YEAR prizes every tipster should have:
-Minimum of 300 picks by the end of the competition -Must have submitted picks for at least 5(five) different months.
-Positive profit(tipsters with negative profit are not eligible to collect a prize)
MONTHLY prizes:To be eligible for the Monthly prizes every tipster should have:
-Minimum of 10(ten) picks for every week of the month no matter of their stake.If there are less than 10 games in the gamimg list for the week the tipster have to post at least 5 picks to be eligible for a prize.When it happens that the current month has two or just one days at a week these days will not be count as a week.
-Positive profit(tipsters with negative profit are not eligible to collect a prize)
Just remember, that in case of a draw in points, the tipster with THE MOST picks, wins.

You can only bet on each match ONCE, no more, except for cover bets, where your bet choice will off course, be different. You CANNOT bet for the same outcome, more than once. For example, on a match between X-team vs Y-team, you can bet a home win (1), add a cover bet for a draw (X) and an over/under 2.5 bet. Basically, as long as you don't bet in exactly the same way, thus increasing the stake to more than 10 points per bet, you are alright.
 

Advertising on your column: Using your column for advertising/promotional purposes is NOT allowed. URL mentions in your header or intro text are strictly prohibited. If you would like to promote something, just let us know and we will see how we can do it the right way.

One Tipster account per person: You can only use one account for participating in the competitions (one tipster account per person). Any tipster found out to be handling two or more accounts will be immediately disqualified and winnings will be forfeit.

We will not accept picks through email. The number of tipsters is prohibitive to do this when there is a problem with the server, so add your analysis and picks as early as possible, so that you will get a chance to try again, if there is a problem just before the matches begin.

VERY IMPORTANT: Type of Analysis Required: For each pick, tipsters have to write a match analysis of at least 50 words. This competition is NOT just a picks competition. It is also an ANALYSIS competition. You have to be able to submit understandable analysis for each game in understandable language to participate in the competition. We reserve the right to disqualify any tipster who does not meet this criterion.

Match Analysis should be in English.

The required number of picks per week is low (10) so that tipsters will have the time to write QUALITY analysis for the picks they decide to submit. We are not willing to LOWER the standards and level of the competition. IT IS NOT FAIR for the tipsters that make the extra effort to write QUALITY analysis.

Tipsters that repeat the same word 50 times, or write something general, then copy - paste it 100 times,just change the team names or copy from another websites WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DISQUALIFIED WITHOUT WARNING!

SURE PICK RULE:

When submitting a pick Tipsters see a CHECK BOX with the name "SURE PICK".

If the tipster checks this box when submitting a pick (match analysis), then the tipster's pick becomes a SURE PICK. What this means is that:|
 

1. If the Tipster WINS, his/her winnings will be multiplied by 1.5 (for example, for a bet of 10 points with odds of 2. In a regular bet the tipster would win 10 points. In a SURE PICK he/she wins 15 points

HOWEVER:

2. If the tipster looses, his/her loses will be multiplied by 2 (ie. the tipster looses double) (for example, if tipster bets 10 points and looses, his/her loses, in the SURE PICK mode, will be 20 points.

So be careful when you use this feature of the competition. Make sure you are SURE about it.

Scoring:

Our scoring is very similar to real-life betting. All tipsters begin with the same amount of "points" (in real-life betting these points could have been money, like dollars or Euros). Each tipster begins with 0 points.

For each bet (or pick) a Tipster will stake from 1 to 10 of his/her points. According to the outcome of the match, the tipster will win or lose points. You have an unlimited budget.

For example, a tipster chooses to bet on the match of Arsenal vs. Man United in the English Premier League. When the Tipster chooses that match in our interface he or she will be able to see all the available betting options (1, x, 2, 1x, x2, 12, over or under) for this match and the odds that each option pays.
 

Lets say that our tipster decided to bet on a draw (x) and that the odds offered at that time for a draw is 3.

Our tipster then decides to stake 10 points on this bet.

In case the match outcome is a draw, the tipster wins and earns 20 points. 20 points because: 10 (stake) X 3 (odds) = 30. 30 - 10 (initial stake) = 20 (net win)

Another example: Our tipster stakes 5 points, on a home win paying 1.5 (odds). If the outcome is a home win then the tipster has won 2.5 points. [5 (stake) x 1.5 (odds)] - 5 (initial stake) = 2.5 points

For each match that a tipster loses, he or she loses all the points at stake.

NO-ANALYSIS Competition (PICKS-ONLY)

For those that do not feel like writing, but want to pick

The Picks (no analysis) competition is for those that do not want to write match analysis but still want to compete by submitting their picks. We will also send to this competition those that we judge that their analysis is not up to the standard we would like to exhibit on the site. The Picks competition has its own results and tables, which are separate from the Analysis competition.

The prizes for this competition are significantly lower than the analysis competition, which is only natural, since the real effort lies in writing good match analysis. The prizes are:

* Cash in US Dollars directly into your Moneybookers account.

The other important prize is bragging rights to your friends that you were the best in Come2Bet's picks competition.

Competition Terms AND Conditions:

The following are our complete terms and conditions that apply to participants in our competition. Please read this agreement completely.

By participating in our competition you are deemed to have agreed to be bound to the terms and conditions set out in this agreement as well as all other rules explained above.

Come2Bet reserves the right to decline acceptance to the competition to anyone it chooses at its sole discretion. Come2bet has the right to disqualify any user that has violated any of the rules of this competition.

We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on our site which we will notify you of.

IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING OUR POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE (WHICH WE WILL NOTIFY YOU OF) WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE.

The term of this Agreement will begin when you post your first pick and will be continuous unless and until either party notifies the other in writing that it wishes to terminate the Agreement, in which case this Agreement may be terminated immediately. TERMINATION IS AT WILL, FOR ANY REASON, BY EITHER PARTY. For purposes of notification of termination, delivery via e-mail is considered a written and immediate form of notification. All rights and licenses given to you in this Agreement shall immediately terminate.

WE MAY TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT IF WE DETERMINE (IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION) THAT YOUR BEHAVIOR IS UNSUITABLE. Unsuitable behaviors include any kind of cheating, "stealing other tipsters' analysis, using foul language in your column (your tipster section on the site) and/or using your column to promote, market or present anything other than your match analysis for the purposes of the competition.

You shall defend, indemnify, and hold Come2Bet.com, their directors, officers, employees, and representatives harmless from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from, arising out of, or in any way connected with:

(a) Any breach by you of any warranty, representation, or agreement contained in this Agreement.

(b) The performance of your duties and obligations under this Agreement.

(c) Your negligence or any injury caused directly or indirectly by your negligent or intentional acts or omissions, or the unauthorized use of our banners and link or this Affiliation Program.

We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the the Competition, Come2Bet.com or cash prizes payment arrangements (including, without limitation, their functionality, warranties of fitness, merchantability, legality, non-infringement, or any implied warranties arising out of a course of performance, dealing, or trade usage). In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free and will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

You and we are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on Come2Bet's behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this paragraph.

We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the competition, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total cash prizes paid or payable to you under this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to provide any rights, remedies or benefits to any person or entity not a party to this Agreement. Any liability arising under this Agreement is limited to direct damages.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE MAY AT ANY TIME (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) HOLD COMPETITIONS IN WAYS THAT MAY DIFFER FROM THOSE CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS COMPETITION AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE, OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.

The laws of Cyprus, without reference to will govern This Agreement rules governing choice of law. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in Cyprus and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of its courts.

Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement. None of our employees, officers or agents may verbally alter, modify or waive any provision of this Agreement.

Our rights and remedies hereunder shall not be mutually exclusive, i.e., the exercise of one or more of the provisions of this Agreement shall not preclude the exercise of any other provision. You acknowledge, confirm, and agree that damages may be inadequate for a breach or a threatened breach of this Agreement and, in the event of a breach or threatened breach of any provision of this Agreement, the respective rights and obligations of the parties may be enforceable by specific performance, injunction, or other equitable remedy. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall limit or affect any of our rights at law, or otherwise, for a breach or threatened breach of any provision of this Agreement, it being the intent of this provision to make clear that our respective rights and obligations shall be enforceable in equity as well as at law or otherwise.

Whenever possible, each provision of this Agreement shall be interpreted in such a manner as to be effective and valid under applicable law but, if any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such provision will be ineffective only to the extent of such invalidity, or unenforceability, without invalidating the remainder of this Agreement or any provision hereof. No waiver will be implied from conduct or failure to enforce any rights and must be in writing to be effective. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, you expressly agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement by applying to for a username and a password to join our competition.
